- Shayne Mallard is a Liberal Councillor on the City of Sydney Council in Australia (see links). Prior to election to the City Council in 2004, Shayne was elected to the former South Sydney City Council serving a term from July 2000. Shayne lives in Potts Point with his partner and runs a public affairs & communications consultancy.
